The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs tasks as directed to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisor positions, supporting store management in driving store performance and customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical plans, 401(k), stock purchase plan, wellness programs, paid time off, flexible schedules, and more. Application deadline: 08/07/2025.
