Moe's Southwest Grill in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the management team. You will guide crewmembers, uphold Moe's standards, and drive service quality during peak hours.

The role emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for growth within the company and potential advancement from within.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to train and develop crewmembers.
• Capable of performing duties across shifts and staffing needs.
• Excellent arithmetic and ability to make correct change.
• Lift up to 50 lb. and work in a warm kitchen environment.
• Ability to climb ladders and bend to clean equipment.
• Stand for long periods and operate kitchen equipment safely.

• Be a Brand Ambassador for the Moe's brand during all interactions.
• Manage cash handling procedures and POS accuracy throughout shifts.
• Oversee daily shift operations to ensure fast, friendly service.

• Enforce sanitation and safety policies for a safe work environment.

• Support local store marketing efforts to drive sales.
• Handle off-premise management procedures as needed.
• Address and resolve crises to protect guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as required.
