Job summary

CVS Health in Knightdale, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, oversee staff, and ensure smooth operations. You will lead during manager absences, maintain customer service standards, and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed accurately.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, flexible scheduling including mornings, overnights and weekends, and strong communication and supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, and support store management in driving execution.
• Ensure smooth store operations and completion of opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock and display merchandise and reset departments after planograms.
