Job summary

CVS Health in Allentown is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and promote exceptional customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the team and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager/Operations Supervisor is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through directing and following up on all activities to ensure execution.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve questions or complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per weekly/promotional plans.
