You will help drive store execution and customer service, leading staff when no manager is onsite. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with a typical pay range of $17.00 to $26.00 per hour.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth store operations.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and stock shelves.
