Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in East Meadow, NY seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations, drive customer service, and lead teams in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Supervise store crews, coordinate with store management, and ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Service: Address questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS service culture; protect patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price, stock, set up displays, manage weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise, reset departments per plans.
