What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete their duties thoroughly, and follow all brand standards & food safety requirements. You will also assist in training new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.

  • Lead the activities of team members on shift.
  • Provide friendly customer service, engage positively with travelers, and resolve complaints appropriately.
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
  • Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
  • Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products actively.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
  • Report observations, concerns, or problems to plaza leadership.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse comfortably with customers.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
