• Master the preparation of shakes, sundaes, and chocolates while maintaining recipes and presentation.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Organize work and sales spaces from stockrooms to displays.
• Prepare environment for promotions with seasonal themes and signage.
• Follow cash handling policies accurately and safely.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards and report concerns.
