MilkShake Factory Ridgewood is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach team members, and maintain a fun, high-service retail environment. You will ensure smooth opening/closing, manage labor, and uphold brand standards while delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

The role emphasizes confident leadership, exceptional customer service, and a hands-on approach to milkshakes, sundaes, and chocolates, with opportunities to grow within a growing concept.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience leading a fast-paced team.
• Ability to manage labor activity.
• Attention to safety and detail.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties solo or with the team.
• Train Team Members with feedback.
• Keep the store manager informed on Team Member performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as a brand advocate.
• Upsell through sampling and product recommendations.
• Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and chocolates per recipe.
• Handle customer complaints with a calm, professional approach.
• Organize work and sales areas, stockrooms, coolers, and freezers.
• Prepare the environment for promotions with seasonal vibes and signage.
