Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests.
• Resolve guest complaints.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and all guest check payments.
• Maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, safety and sanitation requirements.
• Monitor food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce risk factors for foodborne illness.
• Train employees during shifts to ensure proper performance.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Identify and correct system breakdowns to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding issues.
• Manage change fund, cash register, and guest checks; impact on sales and profits.
