Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Handle cash, credit cards, Gift cards, and payments accurately.
• Maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance and safety measures.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness and ensure quality.
• Train employees during shifts to ensure proper performance.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Identify and address system or process issues affecting guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with the Manager on Duty regarding issues and improvements.
