Responsibilities include greeting guests, resolving complaints, cash handling, safety, and training staff to meet standards. You will oversee food temps, equipment, and communicate with the Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Trustworthy; can be relied upon to handle guest checks and operate cash register.
• Must communicate clearly.
• Must coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greets, seats, and serves guests.
• Resolve guest complaints properly.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and guest checks.
• Maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance and safety practices.
• Monitor food temperatures to reduce foodborne illness risk.
• Train employees during shifts for proper performance.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Identify and correct system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers about deficiencies or safety issues.
• Manage change funds, cash register, and guest check controls to support sales and profits.
