Walgreens in Florida seeks an all‑around team member who can open and close the store when management is absent, handle cash and refunds, and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

The role involves leadership responsibilities, inventory accuracy, pricing tasks, and collaboration with vendors. You will support displays, stock rotation, and basic bookkeeping while upholding regulatory compliance.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or state pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Assists with and coaches other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process, including opening backdoor for deliveries.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register, including handling errors and price verification.
• Assists in reviewing order exceptions and reverse logistics.
• Assists in evaluating and developing displays and completing resets and revisions.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Ensures pricing signage and regulatory compliance tasks are completed on time.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities like cash reports and ledgers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Supports separating food items and stock rotation using FIFO.
