Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Marietta, GA to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are unavailable, you will lead the store staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crew, engage with customers, and uphold CVS’s service standards while maintaining confidentiality and merchandise presentation across departments.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite; ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by assigning and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and weekly inventories.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs).
