Job summary

CVS Health in Covington, GA is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor who supports the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays and planograms are followed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Work effectively with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory according to planograms.
• Reset departments following POGs and maintain accurate signage and presentation.
