Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving store execution and customer service, ensuring opening and closing procedures when managers are not onsite. You will supervise staff, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain confidentiality of customer information while delivering a positive shopping experience.

This full‑time role includes mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities; effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following planograms.
