Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. In the absence of a manager, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a safe, clean and compliant operation.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management and peers, assist customers with questions, and help maintain CVS's commitment to a high-quality shopping experience while protecting patient

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth openings and closings.
• Supervise staff, assign tasks and follow up on activities to maintain performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and execute displays as directed.
