Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately when there is no manager on site.

The role requires strong communication and supervisory skills, flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends, plus the ability to handle customer questions and issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise activities when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle issues per policy.
• Price, stock, and merchandise weekly and seasonal items; reset departments.
