Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when a manager is not onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and customer service remains a priority.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and supervision skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and stock shelves; merchandise and reset departments as needed.
