Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in a retail CVS/pharmacy setting to support store management, ensure smooth operations, and lead staff in the absence of a manager. You will supervise the crew, handle customer questions, and maintain confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a typical 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff in the absence of the manager; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms.
