Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive CVS shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with policy.
