Job summary

You will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and prior supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store execution with CVS Store Management when manager is not onsite.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain on-shelf/off-shelf displays.
