Job summary

CVS Health in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service.

You will lead when managers are offsite, oversee opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

This part-time role offers about 20 hours weekly with a pay range of $17.00–$26.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise store crew
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs)
