Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Security or Building Maintenance.
• Crisis intervention abilities and mature demeanor.
• Experience in large residential/institutional settings.
• Certificate of Fitness F-80 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential aides and community coordinators.
• Manage scheduling, timesheets, and time off requests.
• Oversee security and maintenance staff training and evaluations.
• Maintain logs (Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log).
• May perform duties of aides or custodial staff when needed.
