Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service. Part-time and full-time hours are available; onsite work at 2055 S 1st St, Milwaukee. Training starts prior to August openings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Manager in food service.
• Pizza-specific experience is not required, but experience in conveyor ovens, bakery production, or large-scale catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations from shift start to finish.
• Supervise Front of House and Back of House staff and manage shift tasks.
• Maintain food quality and customer service standards; complete shift checklists.
• Train new team members and support rollout of programs and menus.
