About The Role

Be the "Big Cheese" on shift! You lead the team and keep everything running smoothly in all departments.

As a Supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well-assigned. You'll also support new crew training, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Ian's Pizza are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, hot ovens and cold walk-ins.
• Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Garver).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.

Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

State Street is open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Shifts start as early as 9am and end as late as 4am.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix. Late-night shifts (10pm-4am) are required once per week at both Frances and State St locations.

Part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.
