Ian's Pizza in Madison, WI is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Commissary Kitchen. We operate a high-volume facility serving Wisconsin restaurant locations, with part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in production kitchens or catering.
• Cross-trained in or understanding all production kitchen positions: prep, meat and sauce production, delivery, dishwashing.
• Able to train and motivate staff and hold them to high quality standards.
• Able to work independently and perform routine, repetitive tasks.
• ServeSafe certification is not required but a plus.
• Must be on their feet for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Comfortable with equipment and temperature changes (ovens, grills, knives, walk-ins).
• Reliable transportation to/from work for early starts.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned shifts to ensure accurate, timely production and quality.
• Direct and delegate work to staff while maintaining proper staffing and labor as needed.
• Ensure stations follow food safety, quality, cleanliness and organization standards.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, meats and vegetables for restaurant locations and ensure correct packaging/labeling.
• Track employee performance on shift and use tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail; attend leadership meetings.
