Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are unavailable, you lead staff and ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to policy.

You will supervise crew, handle customer relations, and manage merchandising activities to maintain a positive shopping experience and compliant store presentation at CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
