Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in daily operations and customer service excellence. You will lead the store crew when management is not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Expect to supervise, assist customers, and maintain merchandising and price accuracy while communicating effectively with store management. A flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues per policy.
