Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily Taco Bell operations in Ohio. You will supervise crewmembers during shifts, assist with training, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

This part-time role requires 1+ year leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. You must be 18+, pass background and MVR checks, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
