Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader at one of its Taco Bell locations in Ohio. The role supports daily restaurant operations, helps train and develop team members, and ensures exceptional service for guests.

You will uphold brand standards, lead a positive, inclusive staff, and contribute to leadership growth within the company. This part-time position involves weekends and extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a background screening and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
