Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Shift Supervisor- 2nd Shift in Memphis, TN to lead production operations and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will supervise production workers, ensure schedules are met, train staff, manage inventory, and enforce safety policies while collaborating with other departments to drive efficiency and growth for Accelevation’s mission-critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
