Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Supervisor to oversee production operations at our Miamisburg, OH site. You will ensure schedules are met, products meet quality standards, and staff are trained and developed to maximize efficiency while adhering to safety policies.

This role supports our rapid growth and demands strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, ability to read blueprints, and working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
