Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead the overnight shift (7pm–7am, 2-2-3 rotation) and drive safety, quality, and performance on the plant floor. You will guide a team, coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Planning and HR, and ensure schedules run smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, strong communication, and solid problem-solving skills, with experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities on

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training or some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of related production experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read procedures and write reports; effective communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment.

Production Shift Supervisor - ECO (Overnight 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 Rotation)

Lead the overnight shift that keeps our plant running strong.

We're looking for a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor who brings steady leadership, sharp operational judgment, and a strong floor presence. In this role, you'll guide a team of production employees, keep operations safe and efficient, and ensure quality standards are met throughout every shift.

You'll oversee daily production activities, coach and develop your team, and maintain compliance with company policies and operating principles. You'll also collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and HR to keep schedules on track, solve problems quickly, and support staffing and training needs.

This role is ideal for a leader who understands the rhythm of manufacturing, sees the big picture, and knows how to drive performance while staying connected to the work happening on the floor.

What You'll Lead

• Review production schedules, assign work, and clearly delegate tasks

• Build teamwork, accountability, and a safety-first culture

• Maintain housekeeping, safety compliance, and adherence to customer specs

• Support employee training, development, and proficiency

• Partner with HR on staffing, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding

What You Bring
