Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for the ECO overnight shift (7pm–7am) operating on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will lead a production team on the plant floor, ensure safety, quality, and on-time output, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and HR to keep schedules on track.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of production experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related production experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail, urgency, and solid time management.
• Ability to read procedures, write reports, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a high‑noise manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight shift and supervise production activities.
• Coach and develop team members and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Planning and HR.
• Review schedules, assign work, and delegate tasks.
• Identify delays and root causes and take corrective actions.
• Communicate shift updates and performance metrics to leaders.
