Job Title: Shift Supervisor

• We are hiring immediately for on-call Shift Supervisor positions.
• Location: MidAtlantic OH - 150 Gordon Drive, Exton, PA 19341. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: On-call schedule. Shift will be based on needs. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers, and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Acts as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
