Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. The role leads the store staff when the manager is unavailable, ensuring smooth operations and on-time opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, assisting customers, maintaining stock, and executing displays. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical, and supervisory skills, and be able to work early mornings,

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff when needed and coordinate with store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
