Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily corrugator operations.
• Monitor machine performance, production efficiencies, downtime, and waste metrics.
• Supervise hourly production employees and manage attendance.
• Promote safety and train staff on PPE and procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
