Tate & Lyle is seeking a Manufacturing & Production Shift Supervisor to bridge plant operations, maintenance, and management while ensuring safety, quality, training, and production goals are met. The role emphasizes strong safety practices, issue resolution, and team leadership across multiple shifts.

The position requires hands-on supervision of daily tasks, permit system familiarity, and the ability to train staff on matrix and skill blocks, with a focus on equipment operation and process

Qualificações

• Must be free from any performance improvement plans.
• Must be fully qualified in all process areas within the plant.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the team operates in a safe manner.
• Assign daily tasks to team members.
• Communicates effectively with management and team.
• Write and train on permit systems.
• Operate and train employees on matrix and skill blocks.
• Maintain boiler operator and waste treatment licenses.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure tasks are completed.
• Participate in meetings to discuss improvements.
• Assist team in troubleshooting equipment.
• Provide daily shift reports.
• Perform signoffs and verifications for supervisors.
• Conduct periodic inventory reviews.
