Successful trainees will be considered for promotions into supervisory roles after completing the training program, contributing to a positive customer shopping experience.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, completes basic management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the store management team in executing store operations and enhancing performance while focusing on excellent customer service.
