CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor Trainee to prepare for supervisory roles. This entry-level position supports store management by developing leadership skills while ensuring exceptional customer service. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisor positions. These leadership roles involve supporting store management in executing store operations, driving performance, and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
