An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee a small team in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety and logistics procedures while managing daily operations effectively. Position Summary:
Supervises a small group (6-12) of hourly associates in a cross dock, warehouse, or transportation management operation. Monitors day-to-day operations for compliance to establish safety and logistics procedures.
Shift : The hours are Tuesday – Friday; 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. or until job is completed. Saturday 2:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. or until job is completed. Flexibility required around the peak season, holiday, short staffed, and business needs.
Pay : $22/hr-$23/hr

Qualifications:
-2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Bachelors Degree preferred
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
-Must possess good communication skills as well as organizational and problem solving skills.
-Must be able to use CRT, PC, scanners, calculators and related equipment.
-Must have SAP knowledge
-Working knowledge of MRP and JIT preferred.
-Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required
-Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
