Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest hospitality. You will manage shift flow, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards while partnering with leadership to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 30 hours per week across at least 4 days
• Open/Close the restaurant – keyholder responsibilities
• Strong commitment to growth and development
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with a diverse group

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
