Job summary

Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard is seeking a Team Leader who will help deliver REMARKable guest experiences while developing new leaders. You will work with an independent Owner/Operator to grow skills in service, operations, and team leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Expect a flexible schedule with paid training, a structured Leadership Academy, and opportunities for advancement as you build relationships, take initiative, and contribute to a caring, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week, across at least 3 days per week.
• Strong commitment to growth and development of self.
• High capacity for building relationships and communicating effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs.
• Coach, correct and encourage fellow team members.
• Take and Assemble Catering Orders.
• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests.
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment.
• Handle cash, register tills, and safe with the utmost integrity and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership.
