Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of others, coach teammates, and maintain quality beverages and food.
• Uphold store safety, security, cash handling and adherence to operating policies.
• Support attendance, punctuality and flexible scheduling across shifts.
