This role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, plus strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Direct and coach team members to ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes
• Oversee cash handling, safety, and store policies during shifts
• Coordinate tasks and delegate work to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and partners
