Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety procedures.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver quality beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming coffeehouse.
• Coach and delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold store policies, safety and security during all shifts.
