You will manage daily operations, handle payments, maintain food safety standards, and support training while promoting friendly interactions with travelers.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists per procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Report observations or concerns to plaza leadership.
• Execute other assigned tasks.
