SONIC Drive-In is looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure quality food, cleanliness, and efficiency so guests have a consistently enjoyable experience.

You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers. This role offers opportunities to lead a team and grow within the SONIC family.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for a great guest experience.
