SONIC is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations under the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will oversee quality, safety, and efficiency of service, while helping hire and train staff to deliver the Sonic experience.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, ability to work in the U.S., and some restaurant experience. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
